Welcome to Glamorous Luxury Camp. By booking any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

– Bookings & Payments

To secure your booking, a deposit is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods accepted include cash, bank transfer, or online payment (details provided upon booking).

– Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date are fully refundable. – Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost. – Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.

– Amendments

Changes to your reservation are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate any modifications, but they may result in price adjustments depending on the requested changes.

– Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, illness, loss, cancellation, and delays. Glamorous Luxury Camp is not responsible for unforeseen events beyond our control.

– Liability Disclaimer

While we take every reasonable step to ensure your safety and enjoyment, Glamorous Luxury Camp is not liable for any loss, damage, accident, or injury during your stay or participation in any activity.

– Health & Safety

Guests are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special dietary requirements before arrival. We aim to accommodate these requests whenever possible.

– Force Majeure

Glamorous Luxury Camp is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, political unrest, or pandemics.

– Children Policy

Children are welcome. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children throughout their stay.

– Use of Personal Data

Any personal information collected during your booking will be used solely for processing your reservation and will never be shared with third parties.

– Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be settled in accordance with the legal system of Morocco.
