Cancellation Policy

– General Terms :

At Glamorous Luxury Camp, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and flexible whenever possible. Please read carefully to understand how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.

– Cancellation by the Client :

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus any bank or transaction fees. – Cancellations between 15 to 30 days before arrival will receive a 70 percent refund of the total booking amount. – Cancellations between 7 to 14 days before arrival will receive a 50 percent refund of the total booking amount. – Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival are not eligible for any refund. – No-show or same-day cancellation will be charged the full amount with no refund.

– Cancellation by Glamorous Luxury Camp :

In rare cases where Glamorous Luxury Camp must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, safety concerns, or other force majeure events, guests will be offered the following options: – A full refund, or – The option to reschedule to another date, or – A credit voucher valid for 12 months.

– Modifications and Date Changes :

Date changes are allowed free of charge if requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival, subject to availability. – If the new dates fall in a higher-priced season, the price difference must be paid. – Reducing the number of nights or services is considered a partial cancellation and follows the same cancellation rules.

– Special Circumstances – Force Majeure :

If your trip is affected by events beyond anyone’s control, such as natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, sandstorms), political unrest, strikes, government restrictions, or global pandemics, Glamorous Luxury Camp will offer the option to: – Postpone the booking without penalty for up to 12 months, or – Receive a credit note for future travel, or – Receive a full refund minus transaction fees, depending on the circumstances.

– Refund Processing Time :

Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving the official cancellation request. – Refunds will be made via the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal). – Any bank fees or transfer charges are deducted from the refund amount.
